Russian missile carriers detected in Black Sea - Ukrainian Navy

On the morning of Friday, February 7, a single ship was detected in the Black Sea, which Russia continues to maintain on combat duty. It is a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles, according to the Ukrainian Navy.
The Russian missile carrier in the Black Sea is capable of launching up to 4 Kalibr missiles in a single salvo in the event of combat use.
Meanwhile, there are no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov. In the Mediterranean Sea, six enemy ships were detected, two of which were Kalibr carriers with a total salvo capacity of up to 22 missiles.
Additionally, over the past 24 hours, the following vessels transited the Kerch Strait in the interests of Russia:
- to the Black Sea - 4 ships, which continued towards the Bosporus Strait;
- to the Sea of Azov - 4 ships, two of which were moving from the Bosporus Strait.
"Russia continues to violate the 1974 International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) by disabling automatic identification systems," the Navy reported.
Earlier, the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces clarified that the Russian army did not launch Kalibr missiles during the massive strike on Ukraine on February 1.
