On September 3, Russians launched a new missile attack on the village of Pechenihy in the Chuhuiv district of the Kharkiv region, according to Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

"The Russian army launched a missile strike on the village of Pechenihy," he writes.

According to Syniehubov, as of 11:05 a.m. Kyiv time, there were reports of 10 civilian casualties.

The head of the Regional Military Administration also notes that 2 of them are children.

Medical personnel have already arrived at the site of the Russian attack and are providing necessary assistance to everyone.

In addition, a house and a farm building caught fire as a result of the Russian attack.

"Specialized services are dealing with the aftermath," Syniehubov adds.

On the morning of September 3, the Russians attacked the Kyiv region.
