Russian military aircraft crashes: War correspondents identify it as Tu-95

A Russian Tu-95MS military aircraft crashed on Tuesday, September 29, in the village of Krasnoyarovo in the Amur region, according to the Exilenova+ Telegram channel.
Preliminary reports indicate that seven military personnel were on board the military aircraft, which belonged to the Ukrainka air base.
It is reported that three people were killed in the crash and another four were injured. At the same time, some Russian military correspondents write that six military personnel were killed and one survived and is in hospital.
The likely cause of the crash was a fuel explosion on the aircraft.
It is worth noting that the aggressor state uses bombers of this type to attack Ukraine.
Russia’s Defense Ministry confirmed the Tu-95 crash during a training flight. It said that six crew members were killed and another was injured.
At the end of August, fighters from the SBU’s Alpha special unit struck a Russian Tu-95MS strategic missile carrier at the airfield in Engels.
RBC-Ukraine also reported that Russia has no more than two dozen Tu-95 strategic bombers capable of launching cruise missiles at Ukraine, and their service life is declining.
