Russian massive attack on Kyiv: Casualties rising, people may be trapped under rubble

On the night of November 25 and early in the morning, Russia attacked the Ukrainian capital with missiles and drones. This did not go without consequences, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
Early in the morning on November 25, Russia struck non-residential buildings in the Sviatoshinsky and Darnytskyi districts of Kyiv.
According to the mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, there may be people under the rubble in the Sviatoshinsky district, so emergency services, including rescuers from the State Emergency Service, medical teams, and emergency crews, were urgently dispatched to the scene.
At the same time, Russia hit another non-residential building in the Darnytskyi district. Rescue and medical teams are also heading there to assess the situation and provide assistance.
In addition, according to the latest medical data, nine victims have already been recorded in the capital, including one child. Three adults were hospitalized to receive the necessary medical care. Information about the condition of the rest of the victims is being clarified.
The mayor of Kyiv urged residents to stay away from dangerous areas and follow updates from official services.
Emergency services are currently working in enhanced mode, dismantling structures and evacuating possible victims to minimize risks to people.
The district authorities are coordinating emergency rescue operations and asking citizens to report any information that may help in the rescue operation.
The situation remains alarming, and rescue operations are continuing at an increased pace.
At 8:40 a.m., Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that six people had been killed as a result of a Russian attack.
Russian attack on Kyiv
On the night of November 25, Russia launched missile and drone strikes on Kyiv, destroying several areas of the capital.
According to the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Tymur Tkachenko, the Darnytskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Pecherskyi, and Dniprovskyi districts were affected.
In the Pecherskyi and Dniprovskyi districts, Russian strikes hit residential buildings directly. In particular, in the Pecherskyi district, a strike was recorded in a 22-story building: damage covered floors 4-7, and there is currently no information about casualties.
In the Dniprovskyi district, Russian rockets hit a 9-story building, causing a fire on the upper floors, which is being extinguished by rescue services.
