Russian marines in Sevastopol face problems with recruitment - ATESH
Russia is facing mobilization issues in the temporarily occupied Crimea, as residents of the peninsula are unwilling to participate in the illegal war, according to the Telegram channel of the partisan movement ATESH.
The partisans report that their members have infiltrated the 810th Separate Marine Brigade, which is stationed in Kozacha Bay (city of Sevastopol). They shared information about significant difficulties in recruiting personnel for service.
According to ATESH, billboards calling for enlistment in the Russian occupying forces have not yielded the desired results, as Crimean residents are unwilling to participate in the illegal war. Announced statements by the Russian Ministry of Defense about the possible expansion of the brigade into a division are failing.
The partisan movement also mentioned that this information has already been relayed to the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
"Thanks to our Russian military personnel who willingly share crucial information," added ATESH.
It should be noted that partisans from the ATESH movement recently discovered that the Russians have set up a secret military training center in occupied Sevastopol. The facility is used for training personnel, including unconventional exercises such as shooting at targets underwater.
