Russian forces attacked Zaporizhzhia again on the evening of November 22, damaging a supermarket and residential buildings. Casualties have been reported, informs Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.
Around 8:00 PM Kyiv time, he warned of a potential threat from high-speed missiles targeting the region, and explosions were reported shortly afterward.
Later, Fedorov said the Russian strike hit a residential area.
"Russian forces struck a residential neighborhood—where people are simply living their lives. Where safety and quiet should prevail. Now there is debris, smoke, damaged buildings, cars, and a store," he stated.
Footage released shows that one of the local supermarkets was hit.

Russian attacks on Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia
Russian forces regularly target Zaporizhzhia using drones, missiles, and aerial bombs. Late on November 20, residential buildings and a local market were hit in another Russian strike. Fires broke out in market stalls and vehicles, and Fedorov reported that five people were killed and three were injured.
