Russian forces once again attacked Odesa on the evening of November 14. They struck a residential building in the city with a Shahed drone. There is one confirmed death and several injuries, according to the Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak and the Head of Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper.

"Another Russian terrorist attack in Odesa. Strike on a residential building. Putin simply enjoys fighting civilians. He respects no one, just a sick terrorist," Yermak wrote.

Kiper clarified that the Russian army launched a massive drone attack on Odesa and its surrounding area, resulting in at least two casualties.

As a result of the attack, residential buildings, a church, and cars were damaged. Fires broke out at several locations, and a major heat supply pipeline was also damaged. One of the city's heating plants was forced to stop operations.

According to the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, all relevant emergency services are working to eliminate the aftermath. Medical assistance is being provided.

Shelling of Odesa

Explosions were heard in Odesa late in the evening of November 14. The military had warned of a fast-moving target.

The mayor of Odesa stated that air defense systems were active in the city. He urged residents to remain in shelters.

Later, it became known that the Russian attack had damaged the city's main heating pipeline, and the operation of one of Odesa's heating plants was temporarily halted.
