In Odesa, as a result of a Russian attack, a main heating pipeline was damaged, and the operation of one of the city's boilers has been temporarily halted, according to Odesa's Mayor, Hennadiy Trukhanov.

Explosions were heard in Odesa on the evening of November 14. The military warned about a fast-moving target.
The Mayor of Odesa confirmed that air defense systems are operating in the city. He urged residents not to leave shelters.
"A fast-moving target in the direction of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district of the Odesa region! Chornomorsk/Odesa – to shelters!" the Air Force reported.
