During the overnight Russian attack on Kyiv on June 28, the pharmaceutical company Darnytsia was damaged, according to a statement by board member Kateryna Zahorii.

"For security reasons and until the work of the relevant services is completed, we are not commenting on the details of the nature of the damage or the consequences," Zahorii wrote on Facebook.

According to her, there were no deaths or injuries among employees, and the plant will continue operating.

Attack on Kyiv

As a reminder, on the night of June 28, Russian forces launched several ballistic missiles toward Kyiv. Explosions were heard in the capital.

In particular, fires broke out at several locations in Kyiv's Darnytskyi district due to the attack. One person was injured.

Another fire occurred near a residential building, while a service station caught fire at another location. An unoccupied building also burned.

Overall, on the night of June 28, Russia attacked Ukraine with anti-ship and ballistic missiles, as well as 142 strike drones. Air defense forces managed to shoot down most of the targets.

At the same time, impacts of a missile and 14 strike drones were recorded at 11 locations, while debris from downed targets fell at 13 locations.
