Russian forces intensify attacks on Kharkiv: How enemy's tactics change

Russian forces have recently intensified strikes on Kharkiv. The city is being attacked by groups of enemy drones, according to the spokesperson of the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office, Dmytro Chubenko.
"The Russians have intensified strikes on the city of Kharkiv. The tactics and patterns have changed. Now, the attacks are carried out by a group of UAVs. This is the fifth attack this week, with a mass bombardment involving 10 to 15 UAVs used each time to carry out strikes," he said.
According to Chubenko, the situation in the Kharkiv region is worse. For over a year, the Russian forces have been bombing settlements in the Kharkiv region daily. The hardest hit are Kupiansk and the surrounding community.
"In the past few months, the number of bombardments of the settlement of Zolochiv has significantly increased, both with aerial bombs and Geran drones. Unfortunately, we have a large number of casualties from Kupiansk," added the spokesperson of the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office.
Bombing of Kharkiv
Kharkiv has been suffering from Russian attacks since the first days of the full-scale invasion. The situation is further complicated by the city's proximity to the border with Russia.
However, recently the situation has worsened. The Mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, stated that March became the hardest month of the year so far, as Russian attacks had doubled.
On the evening of April 2, Kharkiv was also under a massive enemy strike. This was the fifth attack on the city in a week. Enemy drones targeted Kharkiv for an hour. As a result of the attack, there was damage in the city, but fortunately, no casualties.
