There were explosions reported in four regions of the Russian Federation overnight on December 30. Russians complain about a massive drone attack, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The Ministry of Defense claims that during this night, Russian air defense forces allegedly shot down 32 drones over the territories of the Bryansk, Oryol, Kursk, and Moscow regions.

Earlier, Russians also claimed to have destroyed 13 rocket projectiles over the Belgorod region. As a result of the shelling of Belgorod, 1 person was reported dead, and 4 others were injured, according to the governor of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov.

Explosions on Russia

Russians often complain about attacks in their border regions. For instance, on December 27, occupiers claimed a new drone attack in the Belgorod region, resulting in soldiers' deaths.

Earlier, on December 19, the governor of the Bryansk region reported 3 drone attacks in the morning and blamed Ukraine. Local residents posted videos on social media where explosions could be heard. Officials claim that the drones were shot down, and there were no casualties.

It was also reported on December 22 that Russians invented a new attack on an oil storage facility in the Bryansk region. Russian media claimed that drones attempted to attack fuel tanks.
