Russian Federation can reach Dnipropetrovsk region by KAB guided bombs: Residents warned

The front line has moved closer to the borders of the Dnipropetrovsk region. This means there is a threat of shelling with guided air bombs and artillery, according to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, Mykola Lukashuk, in a Telegram message.
He noted that, according to the Deep State resource, the distance from the front line to the borders of the Dnipropetrovsk region has decreased to less than 7 kilometers (from the temporarily occupied village of Solone in the Donetsk region).
"This means that the enemy can now launch strikes with guided air bombs (KAB) and artillery on our border communities from the territory of the Donetsk region," Lukashuk warned.
According to him, the communities at heightened risk include Velykomykhailivska, Malomykhailivska, Novopavlivska, Mezhivska, Pokrovska, Petropavlivska, and Vasylkivska.
He emphasized that the danger extends to the eastern part of the Synelnykivskyi district and neighboring territories, including the border areas of the Pavlohrad district from the Pokrovsk direction.
"The residents of the mentioned communities must take air raid alerts seriously and strictly adhere to safety rules," added the head of the regional council.

Threat to the Dnipropetrovsk region
The situation around Velyka Novosilka in the Donetsk region has been escalating for two months. The settlement is located near the administrative border with the Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
Representatives of the Ukrainian Defense Forces note that if the occupiers succeed, it will provide them with an opportunity to launch an offensive in several directions. As a result, the enemy is trying to break through the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and seize logistical routes.
