Russian attack drones targeted the southern part of Ukraine's Odesa region and the Black Sea, damaging two civilian cargo vessels, according to a statement from the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority (AMPU) and a post by Odesa Regional Military Administration head Oleh Kiper.
According to the agency, the civilian cargo vessels damaged were sailing under the flags of Panama and Barbados. One of the ships was heading to the Greater Odesa port for loading metal, while the other was departing a Ukrainian port with a shipment of wheat.
