Russian drones kill one, injures another in strike on Sumy apartment building

Russian Federation launched an assault on civilian infrastructure in Ukraine's Sumy with two strike drones on the evening of September 20. They crashed near an apartment building, according to a statement by Sumy Regional Military Administration head Oleh Hryhorov.
Dead and injured
A civilian woman was killed in the attack.
Her 41-year-old husband was also injured. Medics diagnosed him with multiple shrapnel wounds, and he was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The blast wave and debris damaged an apartment building and five nearby cars.
Ukraine's Sumy region under Russian attacks
As reported, Russian forces have intensified attacks on the Sumy region in recent days.
In particular, on the evening of September 18, Russian guided bombs struck an apartment building in Sumy. Two city council employees were killed in the attack.
In addition, Russian troops have been using drones to strike civilian vehicles in the region.
On September 19, Russia's FPV drone struck a car in the Shostka district. Four civilians were killed in the attack.
