Russian drones flew into high-rise buildings in Kyiv: Details and aftermath

In Kyiv, bomb disposal experts seized 2 unexploded Russian drones that hit high-rise buildings in the Desnianskyi and Obolonskyi districts during Russian strikes, according to the Kyiv Police.
During the Russian strikes on Kyiv on October 22, Shahed drones fell on high-rise buildings in 2 districts of the capital without detonating. Police officers safely removed them and took them to a training ground to be defused.
According to the police, specialists removed the explosive parts of the drones, rendered them safe, then loaded them into special explosion-proof mobile containers and took them to the training ground for further destruction.
The Kyiv police urged citizens to remain vigilant and immediately report any suspicious objects by calling 102.
Law enforcement officials emphasize that such objects should not be touched or moved on your own, as this can be deadly.
Russian attacks on Kyiv
On the night of October 23, Russia struck Kyiv with drones. 7 people were injured. Damage was reported at 10 locations in three districts of the capital. There were direct hits by drones on residential buildings.
The Podilskyi district was the most affected, with damage to educational institutions, religious buildings, a museum, and business districts.
In the Obolonskyi district, a Russian drone hit the 15th floor of a residential building, and in the Desnianskyi district, it hit the 21st floor of a high-rise building.
Russia also struck a Synagogue in the Podilskyi district of Kyiv.
