Russian drone strikes high-rise apartment building in Kharkiv

Syniehubov said Russian forces struck the Osnovianskyi district of Kharkiv with a drone.
"Preliminarily, three people were injured. Medics are providing all necessary assistance. The strike damaged an apartment building," his statement said.
Later, Terekhov reported that five people had sought medical assistance following the crash of an enemy drone in Kharkiv.
Strike on Kharkiv on April 16
On April 16, Russia carried out a large-scale combined attack on Ukraine. Kharkiv was also hit, with strikes recorded in three districts of the city. Two people were injured in the attacks.
According to local authorities, a passenger car caught fire in the Industrialnyi district.
In the Nemyshlianskyi district, a strike on the roadway damaged windows in five private homes and a gas network, and two people sought medical assistance.
In the Saltivskyi district, a drone hit a garden, causing a fire in an outbuilding and damaging windows in a high-rise apartment building.
Earlier, on the night of April 3, Russia launched missile strikes on Kharkiv. The attacks damaged residential buildings, and a woman was injured.
It is also noted that from the evening of April 1 to the night of April 3, Russia carried out nearly continuous drone attacks on Kharkiv for almost a full day. Around 20 strikes were recorded in the city, and the final one damaged a hotel. A 28-year-old woman and an infant were also injured.
