Russian drone strikes 16-storey building in Odesa: Consequences revealed

On the night of May 1, the Russians carried out a massive attack on the civilian infrastructure of Odessa.
As a result of the Russian drone attack, a 16-story building was damaged. Many other apartment and private residential buildings, an educational institution, a supermarket, and cars were also damaged.
One of the Russian drones hit a 16-story building at the 7th station of Lustdorfska Road. The upper floors of the building were partially destroyed.
In addition, Russian drones hit a house on Mykhailivska Street in Odessa. The three-story building was seriously damaged. Local media reports that the third floor practically burned down. Rescuers are still working at the scene of the hit.
As of 9:30 a.m. Kyiv time, local authorities and the prosecutor's office reported that the number of injured people had increased to 15. Two more people were killed. Among the victims is a railway worker. He died in his own house in Odesa.
Russians killed a couple in the house on Mykhailivska Street.
The Russians also attacked the railway infrastructure in the Odesa region. One of the sections was damaged. Passenger trains run on schedule.
Russian drone attack on Ukraine on May 1
That night, the Russian invaders launched 170 strike drones and drone simulators at Ukraine. Russia also attacked Ukraine with 5 Iskander-M ballistic missiles from Crimea.
Ukrainian air defense forces destroyed 74 Russian drones. Another 68 Russian drone simulators were lost in location (without negative consequences).
In addition to Odesa, the Sumy region was also under a Russian drone attack. There are reports of an industrial facility being hit. In Kharkiv, a Russian drone hit a gas station, causing a fire.
