Russian drone strike hits home in Kharkiv region, injuries reported

Russian forces struck a private residential building with a drone in the city of Bohodukhiv, Kharkiv region, according to the Telegram channel of Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
Consequences of the attack
As a result of the enemy strike, two people were injured – a 42-year-old man and a 63-year-old woman. Medics are providing them with all necessary assistance.
A fire broke out at the site of the impact. The fire damaged three residential buildings and outbuildings.
Emergency response
All emergency services are working at the scene. Firefighting and debris clearance are ongoing. Information about other casualties is being clarified.
On April 16, Russia launched a massive combined attack on Ukraine, using 703 aerial weapons – 44 missiles and 659 drones. The attack took place in two waves. Air defense forces destroyed or neutralized 667 targets.
Impacts were recorded in nine regions: Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Kharkiv, Sumy, and Poltava.
US President Donald Trump commented on this attack for the first time.
