According to the regional prosecutor's office, between 5:20 and 5:40 a.m. and again from 10:20 to 10:30 a.m., Russian forces launched 10 drones at Kharkiv. Preliminary reports indicate the drones were Geran-2 (the Russian designation for Shahed drones). The targets were civilian infrastructure in Kharkiv's Shevchenkivskyi, Kholodnohirskyi, and Slobidskyi districts.

"As a result of the attack, a 34-year-old woman was killed. A total of 82 people were injured or suffered acute shock," law enforcement officials added.

It is known that among the injured are eight children: four girls and four boys.

On the morning of July 7, Russian forces launched a kamikaze drone attack on Kharkiv.

According to the latest reports, 71 people were initially reported injured, including seven children.

In particular, the drones targeted the building of the Kharkiv Territorial Center of Recruitment and Social Support.
