As a result of the massive drone attack on Kyiv during the night of June 10, people were injured. At least two were reported wounded in the Darnytskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klitschko and head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Tymur Tkachenko.

“In the Podilskyi and Darnytskyi districts, debris fell in open areas. One person in the Darnytskyi district was treated on site by medical responders,” Klichko reported.

He added that, according to preliminary information, debris struck a private home in the Darnytskyi district. Meanwhile, a balcony caught fire in a residential building in the Shevchenkivskyi district, and there was also a blaze in a residential area of the Obolonskyi district.

At the same time, Tkachenko reported one injured person in Kyiv’s Shevchenkivskyi district. According to him, a woman was wounded and is receiving medical care.

There is also damage to a business center in the Holosiivskyi district. Information about casualties is still being confirmed.

Attack on Ukraine on June 10

Russia launched a large-scale attack on Ukraine, prompting widespread air raid alerts. Kyiv and Odesa were targeted.

In Kyiv, drone debris fell in the Desnianskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, Podilskyi, Darnytskyi, and Obolonskyi districts.

Residential buildings, cars, and non-residential structures were damaged. In Obolonskyi, drone fragments landed on the grounds of a school.

Odesa was heavily attacked by drones as well. A maternity hospital was hit, along with other civilian infrastructure. Preliminary reports indicate no casualties or injuries at the maternity hospital.
