Russian forces dropped a guided FAB-250 aerial bomb on the residential area of Illinivka village in Kramatorsk district. A 59-year-old man died in the attack. Three women were injured, reports the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office.

According to the prosecutor's office, on July 27 at 4:10 PM Kyiv time, the Russian army carried out an airstrike on Illinivka village. Russia used a FAB-250 bomb equipped with a UMPC module against civilians.

Private homes were at the epicenter of the strike. The 59-year-old man was killed at his residence. His 56-year-old wife and two neighbors, aged 45 and 57, suffered injuries.

They were taken to the hospital with mine-explosive injuries, traumatic brain injuries, fractures, and abrasions. Qualified medical care was provided to the victims.

Six private houses and one vehicle were damaged.

Under the procedural supervision of the Kostiantynivka District Prosecutor's Office, a pretrial investigation has been launched on suspicion of a war crime.

Russian attack on the Sumy region

Earlier today, Russian forces struck Sumy with a drone. The attack damaged residential buildings, a vehicle, and the power grid.

A seven-year-old boy and his 34-year-old mother, who were near the explosion site, sought medical help.

Later, it became known that Russian troops launched a second attack on the city. Critical infrastructure was hit. As a result, parts of Sumy city and the region lost power.
