Russian attack on oil depot in Rivne region: Photos of aftermath
Russian military forces launched a kamikaze drone strike targeting an oil depot in the Rivne region. The Prosecutor's Office provided photos of the consequences of the enemy shelling.
"According to the investigation, on the night of August 10, servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation struck the territory of a civilian oil depot in the Dubensky district. Preliminarily, the enemy used Geran-2 drones. As a result, the oil depot's fuel tanks were destroyed, and a fire broke out. There were no casualties," the message says.
A pre-trial investigation into violations of the laws and customs of war has been launched.
Shelling of the Rivne region
On the night of August 10, Russian troops attacked the Rivne region with kamikaze drones. As a result of the shelling, the oil depot was destroyed.
The head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration added that the chemical and radiation background at the site remained normal. Evacuation of the population will not apply.
