As a result of this morning's Russian strike on the Dnipropetrovsk region, the death toll has risen to 11. Over a hundred people were wounded, according to Serhii Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration.

As Lysak notes, Dnipro and Samara were affected by Russian strikes.

Dnipro

Dnipro's infrastructure was damaged by the Russian attack. As of now:

  • 8 civilians were killed
  • 84 were wounded, 62 of whom were hospitalized
  • 7 people are in severe condition.

Utility services, the National Guard, and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine are working at the site. In particular, a headquarters has been set up, and all assistance is being provided on-site.

According to the head of the regional administration, train traffic has been restored.

At 3:24 p.m. Kyiv time, the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration reported that the death toll in Dnipro had risen to 9.

“The number of wounded is also constantly increasing. Currently, this figure has reached over a hundred,” the DRMA added.

Samar

In Samar, as of now:

  • 11 wounded, 8 of whom were hospitalized
  • half of them are in severe condition
  • 2 killed.

Number of killed and wounded increased

According to the Regional Military Administration, the number of dead in Dnipro has risen to 9.

“The number of wounded is also constantly increasing. Currently, this figure has reached over a hundred,” the OVA adds.

Russian missile strike on Dnipro

Today, June 24, Russia attacked Dnipro with ballistic missiles. As a result of the Russian strike, the following were damaged:

  • Odesa-Zaporizhzhia passenger train
  • schools, a dormitory, and a gymnasium
  • hospital and a polyclinic
  • administrative building
  • residential buildings.
