Man with bow, arrows, and firearm arrested near US Capitol
A suspicious man was detained near the US Capitol building. Authorities found a firearm, a bow, and arrows in his vehicle, according to USA Today.
Police officers were alerted by an unusual vehicle parked on a street connecting the White House and the Capitol. A tricycle was strapped to the roof of the car.
When officers inspected the vehicle, they discovered a bow and arrows inside, along with an empty holster. The owner of the car was located near the Capitol's north barricade and was taken into custody.
EU ambassadors fail to agree on 18th sanctions package against Russia
