He clarified that there were no reports of casualties or injuries.

Attacks on Odesa

Russian troops also struck Odesa yesterday, November 11.

At around 6:30 p.m. Kyiv time, the Air Force warned that enemy drones had been detected over the Black Sea and were heading toward Odesa.

Later, attack drones reached the city — local residents heard explosions, and smoke was seen rising.

According to monitoring channels, Odesa was targeted by several groups of Russian drones.

On the same day, November 11, drones also struck the Odesa region. The Russian forces targeted energy facilities and a Ukrzaliznytsia depot.

As a result of the attacks, parts of the critical infrastructure were forced to operate on generators. One person was injured.

The Russian army has recently been focusing its attacks primarily on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure. Due to significant damage, power outage schedules are in effect across most regions.

Attacks on Ukraine’s energy system have become routine — Russia strikes such facilities almost every week.

Today, November 12, power outage schedules ranging from two to four phases remain in effect across the country.
