A woman was killed, and a man was injured in a Russian artillery strike on Kramatorsk. Residential buildings and a school were also damaged in the city, according to the Kramatorsk City Council.

Russian attack aftermath

The Russian army struck the Lazurnyi neighborhood with three artillery shells.

A civilian woman born in 1956 was killed in the shelling. A man born in 1961 was also injured and is receiving the necessary medical care.

The report said hostile fire hit residential areas.

Several high-rise residential buildings and a general school were damaged in the city.

Kramatorsk remains under a constant threat of attacks by Russian forces. Local authorities urge residents to stay vigilant and not ignore air raid alerts.

Situation in Kramatorsk

As reported, Russian occupation forces regularly shell Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region, using various weapons and targeting civilian infrastructure.

In particular, today, September 20, Russian forces struck an evacuation point in Kramatorsk with an aerial bomb, where civilians and volunteers were present. The direct hit caused damage, and the full extent of the strike aftermath is still being assessed.

In addition, last week, on September 13, four Russian aerial bombs struck Kramatorsk. Six people were injured in the attack, and rescuers had to pull victims from under the rubble.
