Attacks on Kharkiv
This is not the first time that the Russian army has used its powerful bombs to strike high-rise buildings in Kharkiv.
Specifically, on September 24, the enemy targeted high-rise buildings in the Kyivskyi and Saltivskyi districts of the city, causing floors in one of the buildings to collapse.
As a result of that attack, dozens of civilian casualties were reported, along with fatalities.
Mayor Terekhov mentioned that in September alone, Russian forces shelled Kharkiv more than fifty times.
