Russian strikes on Kupiansk
After the liberation of Kupiansk, Russian forces have regularly targeted civilians using various weapons.
For example, on February 28, occupiers shelled the center of Kupiansk using combat aircraft. As a result of the bombing with FAB-500 bombs, five people were injured, and two were killed.
Additionally, on March 3, the Russians used a cluster bomb for the first time to strike Kupiansk. Such weaponry poses an even greater threat to the civilian population. As a result of these strikes, the issue of the forced evacuation of families with children from several settlements was raised at the Regional Defense Council.
