Currently, Russian missile carriers are not at sea. They are stationed at their bases, and the situation remains stable, states Spokesperson for the Naval Forces of Ukraine Dmytro Pletenchuk.

"Since the destruction of the patrol ship, there have been no actual sorties at sea. There were several short-lived, likely demonstrative, instances when they deployed several submarines, but almost immediately retracted them," Pletenchuk said.

According to him, this is happening because the enemy is trying to develop a certain tactic to counter the Ukrainian Defense Forces, which periodically destroy Russian ships at sea.

"As of now, they have not found a solution that could guarantee some security," the spokesperson added.

Earlier, Ukrainian Navy spokesperson Dmytro Pletenchuk said that Russian maritime logistics are limited in their actions. He noted that one of the vessels, which was operating in the interests of Russia's defense logistics and providing work for the so-called Syrian Express, was stuck in the territorial waters of Turkiye.

Furthermore, Pletenchuk previously mentioned the number of large landing ships that remain in the Russian Black Sea Fleet.
