Russian army deployed second submarine into Black Sea: Number of missile carriers increased
Russian Forces have deployed a second submarine in the Black Sea, significantly increasing the number of Kalibr missile carriers, according to the Telegram channel of the Southern Defense Forces of Ukraine.
In the Black Sea, the enemy's missile carriers now total three, with an additional submarine placed on active duty. Consequently, a small missile ship and two submarines boast a combined arsenal of 16 Kalibr missiles, as reported by the Southern Defense Forces.
These maneuvers by hostile vessels are reported to be aimed at escalating the missile threat in the Black Sea.
Change in enemy missile carriers in the Black Sea
On the morning of January 23, Russia introduced another submarine missile carrier into the Black Sea. The count of operational Kalibr missiles rose to 20. According to Natalia Humeniuk, the Head of the United Coordinating Press Center of Security and Defense Forces of the South of Ukraine, who spoke during a telethon, a submarine has joined the two surface ships that were previously detected in the Black Sea over the past few days.
Yesterday evening, it was revealed that the Russian military had altered the number of missile carriers in the Black Sea on active duty, and they had 12 Kalibr missiles ready for a potential strike on Ukrainian territory.
