On August 4, Russian forces struck Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region with guided aerial bombs. According to the latest reports, at least 22 people were injured, according to Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.

"The Russians dropped two aerial bombs on the city center, damaging residential and non-residential buildings," Filashkin confirmed.

According to him, all relevant emergency services immediately arrived at the scene of the attack.

Initially, the head of the regional administration reported four injured civilians.

However, by 12:15 p.m., the number of injured had risen to nine.

By around 2:22 p.m., officials reported that the number of injured had climbed to 22.

As Filashkin explained, this was another deliberate enemy strike against the region's civilian population.

"It is dangerous to remain in the region! I urge everyone who is still near the front line: evacuate!" the head of the regional administration said.

He also once again reminded residents that evacuation is free of charge, and that local authorities will assist with transportation, accommodation, and provide the necessary support.

Earlier, Russian forces launched a missile attack on a crowded area near the Ukrainian city of Odesa.

It was also reported that Russia bombed the warehouses of the Lasunka ice cream manufacturer.

In addition, it became known how Ukrainian air defenses repelled the enemy attack during the night of August 4.
