Russian airstrike destroys regional administration building in Kherson, Ukraine

On the afternoon of Thursday, June 5, Russian forces launched a repeated strike on the Kherson Regional State Administration building (RSA). It was destroyed, according to Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration (RMA).
"The Russians have destroyed the building of the Kherson Regional State Administration. We are currently verifying information about any casualties," Prokudin wrote.
He also shared photos showing the aftermath of the strike on the building.
Daria Zarivna, an advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, also posted photos from Kherson showing the destroyed administration building.
"My native Kherson — the Russians have destroyed the RSA building," she wrote.
Local Telegram channels are also sharing photos showing the aftermath of the Russian strike on the RSA building.
Strike on Kherson Regional State Administration
This morning, Russian forces launched another attack on Kherson. One of the targets was the Kherson Regional Military Administration building, located in the heart of the city.
During the morning assault, an enemy guided aerial bomb (KAB) caused significant destruction to the administration building.

Earlier, RBC-Ukraine reported that on the evening of Monday, June 2, the Russian forces used a drone to attack a medical vehicle in central Kherson. The driver was killed.
Previously, two people were injured as a result of the strike in the Kherson region, one of whom remains in serious condition.
