On the night of December 10-11, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with strike drones and ballistic missiles. Most of the weapons were destroyed by Ukrainian air defenses, according to the Air Force.

Critical infrastructure facilities were again the target of Russian air attacks. The Air Force detected a total of 154 enemy air attack weapons:

  • 3 Iskander-M / KN-23 ballistic missiles launched from the Kursk region of Russia;
  • 151 Shahed and Gerbera strike UAVs launched from Kursk, Oryol, Shatalovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia), and Hvardiiske, Chauda (temporarily occupied Crimea).

The main target of the enemy's attack was Kremenchuk in the Poltava region. The Russian troops also attacked the Odesa region and the frontline regions. Most of the attack weapons were suppressed and shot down, including:

  • 83 enemy Shahed and Gerbera UAVs (other types of drones);
  • 2 Iskander-M / KN-23 ballistic missiles.

“69 strike UAVs and one Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missile were recorded hitting 34 locations,” the Ukrainian Air Force added.

We previously reported that Russian troops attacked energy facilities in the Kremenchuk district of the Poltava region on the night of December 11. The attack resulted in direct hits and fires.

The previous attack on Kremenchuk took place on the night of December 7. At that time, the city was attacked by drones and Kinzhal missiles. As a result of the Russian attack, the city was left without water and electricity supplies.
