Enemy attacks

During the past day, the enemy launched five missiles and 44 aviation strikes, and conducted 17 shelling attacks from rocket artillery systems on the positions of our forces and populated areas.

As a result of Russian terrorist attacks, unfortunately, there are casualties among the civilian population. Residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure have been damaged.

The likelihood of missile and aviation strikes across the entire territory of Ukraine remains high.

Frontline situation

Over the past day, 26 skirmishes have occurred.

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, the operational situation remains largely unchanged.

In the Siversk and Slobozhanske directions, the enemy conducted an airstrike in the area of Kostiantynivka, Sumy region. The enemy carried out artillery and mortar shelling of over 15 populated areas, including Karpovychi and Bleshnia in Chernihiv region, Kostiantynivka, Myropilske, and Popivka in Sumy region, as well as Vilcha, Loshakove, Hatyshe, and Okhrimivka in Kharkiv region.

In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy conducted an airstrike in the area of Kyslivka, Kharkiv region. Artillery and mortar shelling by the enemy affected the populated areas of Kucherivka, Petropavlivka, and Kyslivka in Kharkiv region.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy conducted airstrikes in the areas of Bilohorivka, Serebriansky Forestry in the Luhansk region, and Terniv in the Donetsk region. Approximately 10 populated areas, including Nevske, Bilohorivka in Luhansk region, and Verkhniokamyanske, Spirne, Rozdolivka in Donetsk region, were subjected to enemy artillery shelling.

In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy launched unsuccessful offensive operations in areas north of Bohdanivka, north and south of Klishchiivka in the Donetsk region. An airstrike was carried out in the area of Klishchiivka in the Donetsk region. More than 10 populated areas, including Klishchiivka, Bila Hora, Bohdanivka in the Donetsk region, were affected by enemy artillery shelling.

In the Avdiivka direction, populated areas including Novokalynove, Avdiivka, Severne, and Karlivka in the Donetsk region were subjected to artillery shelling.

In the Mariupol direction, Ukrainian forces continue to deter the advance of Russian troops in the Maryinka area of the Donetsk region. The enemy carried out airstrikes in the areas of Krasnohorivka and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region. Populated areas including Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, Pobieda, Katerynivka, and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region were affected by enemy artillery shelling.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, the enemy made unsuccessful attempts to regain lost ground in the Urozhaine area. They conducted an airstrike in the vicinity of Velyka Novosilka. Populated areas including Vodiane, Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Zolota Nyva, Blahodatne, and Urozhaine in the Donetsk region were subjected to enemy artillery shelling.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, the enemy carried out airstrikes in the areas of Malaya Tokmachka and Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region. Over 15 populated areas, including Novodarivka, Poltavka, Malynivka, Huliaypole, Novodanylivka, and Kamianske in the Zaporizhzhia region, were affected by enemy artillery shelling.

In the Kherson direction, more than 10 populated areas, including Tokariivka, Dudchany, and Veletenske in Kherson region, were affected by enemy artillery shelling.

Counteroffensive actions

At the same time, the Ukrainian defense forces continue their offensive operation in the Melitopol and Berdyansk direction, consolidate their positions at the achieved lines, and carry out counter-battery measures.

Enemy loses

During the day, the aviation of the Defense Forces conducted seven strikes on enemy personnel, weapons, and military equipment concentration areas and one on an anti-aircraft missile system.

Units of the missile forces and artillery struck five artillery pieces in firing positions, three command points, and three enemy air defense assets during the day.
