A total of 139 combat engagements were recorded along the entire frontline over the past day, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.
According to the General Staff, the enemy carried out one missile strike and 80 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas, used one missile, and dropped 208 guided bombs.
In addition, 6,254 kamikaze drones were used for attacks, and 4,128 shellings of our troops' positions and populated areas were carried out, 88 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.
The aggressor launched airstrikes, in particular on the areas of the following settlements:
- Kurylivka, Kharkiv region;
- Rai-Oleksandrivka, Kramatorsk, and Kostyantynivka in the Donetsk region;
- Ternuvate, Kosivtseve, Rizdvyanka, Zaliznychne, Zaporizhzhia, Vilniansk in Zaporizhzhia region.
Situation on the fronts
In the Northern Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, one combat engagement was recorded over the past day. The enemy launched an airstrike, dropping three guided air bombs, and carried out 151 shellings, including three with multiple launch rocket systems.
In the Southern Slobozhanskyi direction, eight combat engagements took place in the areas of Vovchansk, Synelnykove, Odradne, and Dovhenke.
In the Kupiansk direction, four enemy attacks were recorded during the day. Defense Forces repelled the enemy's assault actions toward Petropavlivka and Pishchane.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked ten times, trying to advance in the areas of Novovodyane, Shandryholove, Kolodiazi, Drobysheve, Zarichne, and toward Lyman.
In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy attacked the Defense Forces' positions seven times in the areas of Yampil, Serebrianka, Dronivka, and Fedorivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions during the past day.
In the Kostyantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 16 attacks near Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pleshchiivka, Shcherbynivka, Yablunivka, Rusyn Yar, and toward Sofiyivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 43 enemy attacks in the areas of Shakhove, Fedorivka, Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Nykanorivka, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Dachne, and toward Novopavlivka.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, Defense Forces repelled 17 enemy assaults in the areas of Zelenyi Hai, Sichneve, Verbove, Rybne, Krasnohirskie, and Vyshneve.
In the Huliaipole direction, 15 combat engagements took place in the areas of Solodke, Pryvilne, Huliaipole, and toward the settlement of Pryluky.
In the Orikhiv direction, one combat engagement occurred over the past day — Russian forces attempted to advance in the Stepove area.
In the Prydniprovsk direction, no combat engagements were recorded over the past day.
In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of the enemy forming offensive groups were detected.
Enemy losses
Ukrainian soldiers inflict significant losses on the Russian forces in manpower and equipment, actively undermining the aggressor's offensive potential in the rear.
Yesterday, the aviation, missile forces, and artillery of the Defense Forces struck three artillery systems, two UAV control points, and four areas where enemy personnel were concentrated.
Over the past day, the Russian forces' losses totaled 930 personnel. Ukrainian soldiers also destroyed two armored combat vehicles, 27 artillery systems, a multiple launch rocket system, 432 operational-tactical unmanned aerial vehicles, 61 vehicles, and one unit of special equipment.
