Russia-Ukraine war: Frontline update as of June 29

Ukrainian forces struck an enemy airfield in Crimea, destroying equipment and helicopters. In addition, over 100 combat clashes were recorded on the frontline in the past 24 hours, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As of 10:00 p.m. Kyiv time on June 29, a total of 104 combat engagements had taken place along the entire frontline since the beginning of the day. Meanwhile, the occupiers continue to strike border settlements.
In total, the Russian army launched one missile strike, carried out 34 airstrikes (dropping 56 guided aerial bombs and launching 57 missiles), conducted 1,269 kamikaze drone attacks, and carried out 4,176 artillery shellings.
Enemy losses
Ukrainian forces continue to inflict significant damage on the Russian army.
Preliminary confirmed results of the strike on the Kirovske airfield in temporarily occupied Crimea include the destruction of a Pantsir-S1 surface-to-air missile system and Mi-8, Mi-26, and Mi-28 helicopters. Other details are still being clarified.
Highest activity: Pokrovsk direction
In the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy carried out 28 assaults and offensive actions over the past day near Rusyn Yar, Razine, Myrne, Myroliubivka, Malynivka, Udachne, Promin, Lysivka, Novosergiivka, Oleksiivka, and in the directions of Volodymyrivka and Novopavlivka.
Ukrainian Armed Forces neutralized a total of 138 enemy personnel (86 irrecoverable losses) and destroyed 1 tank, 7 vehicles, 3 motorcycles, and 4 UAVs. An additional 3 motorcycles were damaged.
Frontline situation
In the Northern-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, Ukrainian soldiers repelled 12 enemy assault actions, with three more clashes still ongoing. Additionally, the enemy launched seven airstrikes, dropping 18 guided bombs, and carried out 288 artillery shellings of Ukrainian positions and settlements.
In the Southern-Slobozhanskyi direction, Ukrainian forces repelled three attacks near Vovchansk, with two more battles still underway. Russian aviation struck Synelnykove and Vilkhuvatka; multiple rocket launchers (MRLs) targeted Vovchanski Khutory, Okip, and Okhrimivka.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attempted five times to push Ukrainian troops out of their positions near Petropavlivka, Kupiansk, and Pishchane.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy launched 19 attacks, attempting to advance near the settlements of Kopanky, Nadiya, Ridkodub, Hrekivka, Torske in the Serebryanske forestry, and toward Novosergiivka, Olhivka, Novyi Myr, Serednie, and Shandryholove. Three clashes are still ongoing.
In the Siversky direction, Ukrainian forces successfully repelled four attacks near Serebrianka, Hryhorivka, and Vyimka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the Defense Forces stopped two enemy attempts to advance near Chasiv Yar.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy attempted six times to break through our defenses near Dachne, Toretsk, and Yablunivka; one clash is still ongoing.
In the Novopavlivsk direction, eight attacks were repelled near Myrne, Zaporizhzhia, Fedorivka, Shevchenko, Veselyi, Novopolia, and Rivnopolia; three battles are still ongoing.
In the Huliaipole direction, two enemy attempts near Malynivka were successfully repelled.
In the Orikhiv direction, three clashes occurred near Kamianske, with one battle still ongoing. Russian aviation struck Prymorske.
In the Prydniprovskyi direction, five clashes were recorded throughout the day.
On June 24, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported a significant decrease in Russian military activity in the Sumy direction.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed that he had not ordered his soldiers to occupy Sumy, but he does not rule out such a scenario.
There is also a clear signal that Moscow plans to break its record for the number of offensive operations in June. However, despite the high number of attacks along almost the entire frontline, no significant breakthroughs have occurred.
