Since the beginning of June 3, there have been 134 combat engagements on the front line. Russian forces are concentrating most of their attacks in the Pokrovsk and Novopavlivka directions, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Since the beginning of the day, the enemy has carried out three missile strikes and 59 airstrikes, launching four missiles, dropping 74 guided bombs, conducting 1,334 kamikaze drone attacks, and carrying out 4,421 artillery shellings targeting Ukrainian military positions and populated areas.

In the Kharkiv direction, the Defense Forces repelled three enemy assaults near Vovchansk and Vovchanski Khutory.

The enemy attacked Ukrainian fortifications four times in the Kupiansk direction, in the areas of Zahryzove, Pishchane, Nova Kruhliakivka, and toward Stepova Novoselivka. One combat engagement is currently ongoing.

In the Lyman direction, Russian forces launched twelve assaults today on the positions of Ukrainian defenders near Kolodiazi, Zelena Dolyna, Torske, and toward Cherneshchyna, Karpivka, and Novyi Myr. Three combat engagements are still underway.

In the Siversk direction, Ukrainian troops repelled two enemy attacks toward Hryhorivka.

Ukrainian forces repelled three attacks near Chasiv Yar and toward Bila Hora in the Kramatorsk direction. One combat engagement is still ongoing.

In the Toretsk direction, the Russian army launched fifteen assaults today on Ukrainian positions in the areas of Krymske, Rusyn Yar, Druzhba, Toretsk, and toward Yablunivka. One engagement is still in progress.

In the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy carried out 37 assault and offensive actions throughout the day. Russian forces were active near Nova Poltavka, Pokrovsk, Kotliarivka, Novoukrainka, Andriivka, Novoolelivka, Zvirove, Malynivka, Yelyzavetivka, Myrne, Lysivka, Udachne, Novoserhiivka, and toward Myroliubivka and Novomykolaivka. Fighting continues at four locations. The enemy's aviation struck Koptieve with guided bombs.

Preliminary estimates show that Ukrainian forces eliminated 81 and wounded 52 Russian soldiers in this direction, destroying one mortar, six motorcycles, and seventeen UAVs of various types. In addition, a tank, four vehicles, two howitzers, and four enemy trucks were significantly damaged.

In the Novopavlivka direction, the Russian army launched 24 attacks on Ukrainian positions, attempting to advance near Kostiantynopil, Novosilka, Rivnopil, Vilne Pole, Zaporizhzhia, and toward Zelenyi Hai, Novopil, Shevchenko, Komar, and Bahatyr. Three engagements are currently ongoing. Airstrikes targeted Novodarivka, Olhivske, Novomykhailivka, Myrne, Komar, and Fedorivka.

In the Huliaipole direction, the enemy used unguided air-to-surface missiles against Huliaipole.

In the Orikhiv direction, three engagements took place near Stepove and Shcherbaky. Fighting is still ongoing.

In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions.

In the Kursk direction, Ukraine's Defense Forces repelled twenty enemy attacks today. The enemy carried out eleven airstrikes, dropping 13 guided bombs, and conducted 157 shellings.

Russia's losses in the war

According to the General Staff, since the beginning of the full-scale war, Russia has lost almost 991,000 soldiers.

In particular, over the past day, the Russian army lost 1,100 soldiers. Also yesterday, Ukrainian soldiers destroyed 7 tanks, 8 armored combat vehicles, 48 artillery systems, 126 drones, and other enemy equipment.

In addition, the General Staff confirmed the destruction of 41 Russian aircraft during the SBU's operation Spiderweb on June 1.
