Russia-Ukraine war: Frontline update as of November 26

Since the beginning of the day, November 26, 143 combat engagements took place on the frontline. Russians continue to use aircraft and attack in almost all directions in the east and south, especially in Pokrovsk and Kurakhove, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Russian shelling
Russian occupiers do not stop using artillery and aircraft on the territory of Ukraine.
The areas of Volfyne, Prohres, Yastrubshchyna, Popivka, Novovasylivka, Basivka, Riasne, Khodyne in the Sumy region; Tymonovychi, Polissia, Huta-Studenetska in Chernihiv region came under enemy fire.
Russians also conducted one air strike on the territory of the Kursk region, using one anti-aircraft missile.
Sectors
In the Kharkiv sector, 4 combat engagements took place in the area of Vovchansk.
12 Russian attacks were repelled by Ukrainian troops near Hryhorivka, Zelenyi Hai, Zahryzove, Senkove, and Andriivka in the Kupiansk sector. 3 firefights are still ongoing.
In the Lyman sector, Russia, with the support of aviation, is attacking the areas of Hrekivka, Druzhkivka, Cherneshchyna, Makiivka, Terny, and Torske. Since the beginning of the day, there have been 17 combat engagements in this sector, 7 of which are still ongoing.
In the Siversk sector, Russians attacked the area of Hryhorivka, the fighting is still ongoing.
In the Toretsk sector, Russia attacked Ukrainian troops' positions 3 times near Dyliivka and Toretsk.
In the Pokrovsk sector, fierce fighting is taking place in the areas of Myroliubivka, Promin, Krasnyi Yar, Lysivka, Chumatske, Pustynka, and Novyi Trud. So far, Russia has made 31 attempts to push Ukrainian defenders from their positions, and 25 attacks have already been repelled by Ukrainian defenders. Russians dropped 2 aerial bombs in the areas of Zelene Pole and Pokrovsk.
In the Kurakhove sector, 12 firefights continue in the areas of Berestky, Sontsivka, Novodmytrivka, Kurakhove, Dalne, Katerynivka, Yelyzavetivka, Hanivka and Antonivka. 23 Russian attacks have already been repelled by Ukrainian defenders.
In the areas of Veselyi Hai, Trudove, Kostiantynopolske, Rozdolne, Novoandriivka, and Rivne in the Vremivka sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled 12 Russian attacks, and one firefight is ongoing.
In the Huliaipole sector, Russia did not conduct any active operations.
In the Orikhiv sector, Russian invaders actively used aircraft in the areas of Mala Tokmachka, Temyrivka, and Pavlivka, dropping a total of 10 guided aerial bombs.
Ukrainian defenders repelled 2 Russian attacks in the Prydniprovskyi sector.
Russia's losses in war against Ukraine
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Russia has lost over 733,000 troops.
