Over the past day, 187 combat engagements between Ukrainian defenders and Russian invaders were recorded at the front. According to the updated information, Russia launched a missile attack using 2 missiles, as well as 85 air strikes, during which it dropped 153 guided aerial bombs. In the Kharkiv region, Kupiansk, Petropavlivka, and Andriivka came under Russian attack. In the Donetsk region, Siversk, Toretsk, Volnovakha, and several other localities were hit. In particular, Russia attacked Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.

Despite the constant Russian attacks, the Ukrainian Defense Forces inflicted significant losses on Russian troops. The aviation, missile forces, and artillery of the Ukrainian Defense Forces hit important Russian targets, including a control center for unmanned aerial vehicles, an ammunition depot, 4 areas of personnel concentration, an air defense facility, several artillery systems, and other important targets.

In the Kharkiv sector, Russia conducted 8 attacks near Vovchansk and Starytsia, but all attacks were successfully repelled. In the Kupiansk sector, the Russian occupants carried out 14 attacks that were stopped near the settlements of Holubivka, Pishchane, Lozova, Kruhliakivka, and others.

Russia concentrated its main efforts in the areas of Selydove and Promin. In the Kurakhove sector, 20 attacks were repelled, and Russia tried to advance near Novodmytrivka, Zoriane, and other points.

In the Vremivka sector, Russia tried to storm the positions of Ukrainian forces in the areas of Bohoiavlenka and Novoukrainka. However, all attempts were stopped.

The operation of Ukrainian forces in the Kursk region continues, during which Russian aviation carried out 23 air strikes and artillery fired over 100 times over the past day.

No signs of the formation of offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissia sectors, but Russia continues to actively use artillery and aviation on the borders of Chernihiv and Sumy regions.

According to ISW, the Ukrainian military succeeded in the Kursk region and pushed Russians back near Toretsk and Pokrovsk.
