Ukrainian soldiers continue to advance on two fronts, repelled over 10 Russian attacks near Mariynka, and destroyed the enemy's electronic warfare station, according to data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Russian shelling

During the day, there were 33 clashes. In total, the enemy launched 5 missile strikes and 38 airstrikes, as well as conducted 19 shelling attacks using rocket artillery systems on the positions of our troops and civilian settlements.

Unfortunately, due to Russian terrorist attacks, there have been casualties and injuries among the civilian population. Private residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure have also suffered damage and destruction.

Frontline update

The operational situation in the east and south of Ukraine remains complex.

On the Volyn and Polissia fronts, there have been no significant changes in the operational situation. There are no signs of the enemy forming offensive groups.

Identified units of the Belarusian Armed Forces are carrying out tasks in border areas with Ukraine.

On the Siversk and Slobozhanske fronts, the enemy maintains military presence in border areas, continues shelling of populated areas from the territory of the Russian Federation, and increases the density of minefield obstacles along the state border of Ukraine.

Over 25 populated areas, including Buhky in Chernihiv region; Volfyne, Yastrubine, Kyndrativka, Volodymyrivka, Bilovody, Stepok, Novodmytrivka in the Sumy region, as well as Kozacha Lopan, Strilecha, Vovchansk, Budarky, Topoli in the Kharkiv region, have been subjected to artillery and mortar shelling.

On the Kupiansk front, enemy aviation struck in the areas near Komisarove, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, Pischane, Senkove in the Kharkiv egion. Artillery and mortar shelling affected Sinkiivka, Tabaivka, Berestove in the Kharkiv region.

On the Lyman front, the enemy conducted aviation strikes near Krasnohorivka and Maryinka in the Donetsk region. Populated areas such as Oleksandrivka, Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, Pobieda, Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region have been under artillery and mortar fire.

On the Bakhmut front, the enemy unsuccessfully attempted to regain lost ground in the vicinity of Klishchiivka in the Donetsk region. An aviation strike was carried out near Bohdanivka in the Donetsk region.

Over 15 populated areas were under artillery and mortar fire, including Vasiukivka, Hryhorivka, Chasiv Yar, Bila Hora, Zalizne in the Donetsk region. An increase in the density of minefield obstacles is noted.

On the Avdiivka front, the enemy unsuccessfully attempted to regain lost ground in the area south of Tonenke in the Donetsk region. Our defenders repelled an enemy attack south of Tonenke in the Donetsk region.

Around 10 populated areas were under artillery and mortar fire, including Stepove, Avdiivka, Tonenke, Siverne, Pervomaiske, Nevelske in the Donetsk region.

On the Maryinka front, during the day, the Defense Forces successfully repelled over 10 enemy attacks in the Maryinka area of the Donetsk region. Our defenders also successfully repelled enemy attacks in the Novomykhailivka area of the Donetsk region.

The enemy conducted aviation strikes near Krasnohoriivka and Maryinka in the Donetsk region. Populated areas such as Oleksandrivka, Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, Pobieda, Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region were under artillery and mortar fire.

On the Shakhtarsk front, Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled an enemy attack in the area west of Staromykhailivka in the Donetsk region. The enemy conducted aviation strikes in the areas of Vuhledar, Velyka Novosilka, Urozhaine, and Staromykhailivka in the Donetsk region.

Around 10 populated areas were under artillery and mortar fire, including Vodiane, Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Velyka Novosilka, Staromykhailivka, Rivnopil in the Donetsk region. An increase in the density of minefield obstacles is noted.

On the Zaporizhzhia front, the enemy unsuccessfully attempted to regain lost ground in the areas of Robotyne and Verbove in the Zaporizhzhia region. Occupiers conducted aviation strikes near Novodarivka, Robotyne, Novodanylivka, and Orihove in Zaporizhzhia Region.

Over 25 populated areas were under artillery and mortar fire, including Levdane, Maliivka, Huliaipole, Mala Tokmacha, Orihove, Stepnohirsk in the Zaporizhzhia region, and Nikopol in the Dnipro region.

On the Kherson front, the enemy conducted an aviation strike near Olhivka in the Kherson region.

Over 15 populated areas in the Kherson region, including Havrylivka, Respublikanets, Mykolaivka, Antonivka, Kyzomys in the Kherson region, and Ochakiv in the Mykolaiv region, were subjected to enemy artillery and mortar shelling.

The Ukrainian offensive

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue their offensive operation on the Melitopol front, conducting assault actions on the Bakhmut front, inflicting losses on the occupying forces in personnel and equipment, and wearing down the enemy along the entire front line.

Enemy losses

During the day, the Ukrainian defense aviation delivered 11 strikes on the areas of personnel, equipment, and military vehicles concentration and 2 strikes on enemy anti-aircraft missile complexes.
