In the temporarily occupied territories, Russians are conducting an information operation aimed at discrediting the Ukrainian underground, according to the National Resistance Center (NRC).

Within the campaign, Russians are spreading fake correspondence with teenagers who were allegedly recruited by partisans to organize a terrorist attack in schools in the temporarily occupied Crimea. In this way, the enemy plans to shift responsibility onto Ukrainians for the mass killing of Russians in Moscow.

"We can state that the Kremlin regime uses death only to spread hatred and more deaths. We urge Ukrainians in the TOT (temporarily occupied territories) to be careful and avoid crowded places in order not to fall victim to another Kremlin provocation," the statement said.

Terrorist attack in the Moscow region

On the evening of Friday, March 22, in the city of Krasnogorsk in the Moscow region, several armed men opened fire at the Crocus City Hall. According to Russian reports, at least 139 people were killed in the attack.

The group Islamic State claimed responsibility for the terrorist act. The US has confirmed this information and denied any involvement by Ukraine in the events.

After the terrorist act, Russians intensified checks on citizens of Tajikistan in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
