Footage of the aftermath of Russia’s attack on Kyiv has been revealed, and the number of casualties and injuries has been reported. 4 people were killed, and over 50 were injured, according to Mayor Vitali Klitschko and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine also reported that residential buildings and civilian infrastructure in the Podilskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, Obolonskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Solomianskyi, Holosiivskyi, Pecherskyi, and Darnytskyi districts were damaged as a result of Russian strikes.

Podilskyi district

Russian strike on a 9-story residential building caused partial destruction of the upper floors. People may be trapped under the rubble. Currently, 5 casualties have been reported. Rescue operations are ongoing.

At other locations in the same district, several car fires broke out in open areas. A fire started in a 4-story building on the grounds of an educational institution, and cars and a warehouse building are burning on the grounds of a municipal enterprise.

Obolonskyi district

As a result of the Russian attack on Kyiv, a fire broke out in a construction site trailer in Obolonskyi district.

Shevchenkivskyi district

In this district, the facade and roof of a 9-story residential building sustained partial damage.

Darnytskyi district

In the Darnitskyi district of Kyiv, a fire broke out at a gas station as a result of a Russian combined strike.

Solomyanskyi district

Here, a fire broke out in one of the apartments on the 16th floor of a 20-story residential building. A residential building caught fire on private property, and another fire occurred on the 9th floor of a 24-story residential building. Rescuers rescued one man.

Holosiivskyi district

A fire was reported at one of the commercial sites, destroying the building’s second and third floors. At other locations, several cars caught fire, and small retail kiosks and commercial buildings went up in flames in office spaces. The fire engulfed and destroyed one of the business centers.

Sviatoshynskyi district

In a 5-story residential building, the facade and window glazing were damaged. At another address, there was minor damage to the roof of a 9-story residential building.

Pecherskyi district

Minor damage occurred at an unfinished construction site. Information is being updated. Rescue workers and all relevant services are currently on the scene.

The Russians carried out a combined attack on several regional centers on the night of June 2, and Kyiv was one of them. The attack resulted in large-scale fires and destruction; over 50 people were injured, and there were fatalities.
