A team of medics was also dispatched to Kyiv's Darnytskyi district following a call.
During the Russian attack, a Russian drone struck the building of the My - Ukraina (We Are Ukraine) TV channel, where the United News telethon was being broadcast. Five people were initially reported injured, but the number later increased.
The overnight Russian attack also damaged at least 14 apartment buildings in Kyiv, as well as a school, clinic, supermarket and gas station. The Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office opened criminal proceedings over the war crime.
