On the night of Tuesday, October 14, the Russian army launched 96 strike drones of various types across Ukraine, according to the Ukrainian Air Force.

Starting at 7 p.m. Kyiv time, on Monday, October 13, Russia attacked Ukraine with 96 Shahed and Gerbera strike drones and other types of unmanned aerial vehicles from 6 directions. The drones flew from Millerovo, Bryansk, Orel, Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia, and from the occupied Crimea. About 60 of them were Shahed drones.

Russian air attack was repelled by the Ukrainian Defense Forces' aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, and unmanned systems, as well as mobile fire groups.

According to preliminary data, as of 8:30 a.m. on October 14, Ukrainian air defense forces shot down or suppressed 69 Russian drones of Shahed, Gerbera, and other types in the north, south, east, and center of the country.

27 strike drones were recorded hitting 7 locations, and debris from downed drones was recorded at one location.

Russian strikes on Ukraine

Last night, the Russians struck Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs. Destruction and fires were recorded in the city, and there were casualties among residents.

Russia also struck the Kirovohrad region.. As a result of the Russian attack, the movement of a number of trains was changed. Later, the head of the Kirovohrad regional military administration, Andrii Raikovych, reported that the Russians continue to destroy critical infrastructure in the Kirovohrad region.

"This time in the Dolyna and Nova Praha communities. Preliminary reports indicate no casualties. There is damage to buildings. 5 settlements are without electricity. The fires at the facilities have been extinguished. All services are working," he said.
