Russia strikes Ukraine with 106 drones: Air defense's work reported
On the night of November 7, Russian forces fired 106 Shaheds and unidentified drones at Ukraine. In particular, from the directions of Kursk, Prymorsko-Akhtarsk, and Orel, as well as from the temporarily occupied Crimea, according to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The Ukrainian forces repelled the Russian attack with anti-aircraft missile troops, aviation, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
As of noon Kyiv time, it was officially confirmed that 74 Russian drones were destroyed in various regions, including Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Kyiv, Sumy, Poltava, Kharkiv, Kirovohrad, Zhytomyr, Cherkasy, and Chernihiv.
At the same time, contact was lost with 25 other Russian drones that attacked different regions of Ukraine.
