On the morning of July 31, Russians carried out an airstrike on the Vinnytsia region, according to Nataliia Zabolotna, head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration.

At around 9:29 a.m. Kyiv time, she warned of the threat of a Russian attack on the Haisyn district.

By 9:45 a.m., it became known that the Vinnytsia district could also be targeted by Russia.

"The Vinnytsia region is under Russian air attack. Civilian infrastructure has been hit. According to preliminary information, one person has been injured," Zabolotna reported at 10:01 a.m.

According to her, all emergency services have already been dispatched to the scene.

The consequences of Russia’s airstrike on the Vinnytsia region are currently being assessed.

The region was also under Russian attack on the night of July 30.

On the morning of July 31, Russians also attempted to attack Kyiv with drones.
