Russia strikes Ukraine's Smila with drones, damaging critical infrastructure

On the night of October 21, Russia launched a drone strike on the city of Smila in the Cherkasy region. Russian attack damaged critical infrastructure, according to Smila Mayor Serhii Ananko.
"Russian strike damaged critical infrastructure. Fortunately, there were no casualties," he says.
According to Ananko, debris from the Russian drone damaged a street transformer, leaving 154 subscribers without electricity. Currently, the relevant services are already carrying out restoration work.
"The headquarters for dealing with the aftermath of the attack is operating from the Smila City Council. Residents who have discovered damage are asked to contact their local administrative services center for help in submitting applications to E-Restoration," he says.
According to preliminary data, 9 apartment buildings and 10 private homes were damaged. 54 windows and 9 roofs were damaged.
Russian strikes on Ukraine on October 21

According to the Chernihiv regional military administration, over the past day, Russia struck the Chernihiv region with 51 drones and missiles. In particular, Russians launched 49 Shahed suicide drones and 2 ballistic missiles.
Russia struck Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs. As a result of the Russian strikes, over houses were damaged, and there are reports of casualties.
