The Odesa region came under Russian drone attack again during the night of November 27. The strike damaged two residential buildings, an equestrian club, and gas station facilities, reported Odesa Regional Military Administration head Oleh Kiper.
"Despite the active work of air defense, there is partial destruction of civilian infrastructure," the statement said.
As a result of the attack, the facades and windows of two residential buildings, an equestrian club, and a gas station were damaged. In some areas, fires broke out, which rescuers quickly contained.
According to Kiper, no casualties or injuries have been reported.
On the evening of November 26, at 23:44, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine warned of the movement of strike drones from the Black Sea toward Chornomorsk.
Attacks on Odesa and the region during the week
The Odesa region has been under constant attack by Russian forces for a long time, and the past week once again confirmed the intensity of these strikes.
Thus, on the night of November 25, the region came under a massive drone attack. Several fires broke out as a result of the strikes, resulting in injuries.
The day before, Russian forces also launched a powerful drone attack on the Odesa region. The strikes caused new damage to civilian and energy infrastructure.
In some areas, fires broke out at the port and at energy infrastructure facilities, damaging equipment.
On the evening of November 24, the Russians struck Odesa itself. Because of the attack, power outages occurred in several districts of the city. A municipal emergency response team worked to eliminate the consequences.
Later that night, the enemy continued its strikes — drones attacked the region's port infrastructure, causing a fire on one of the decommissioned vessels.
Also, on the night of November 23, Russian forces attacked the Odesa region with drones, including specific districts of Odesa.
As a result of the strikes, fires broke out at energy infrastructure facilities and in one of the former industrial buildings. All fires were extinguished, and there were no casualties.
