On the night of August 8, the Odesa region was under a Russian drone attack. As a result of the Russian strikes, one person was injured, there was destruction, and a fire broke out, according to Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.

The Russian attack damaged a sewage pumping station in the Odesa region.

In the suburbs, dry grass caught fire due to debris from downed drones, but the fire was quickly extinguished.

"A gas station security guard was injured when the blast wave blew out the windows. The man suffered multiple cuts to his hands. Medics provided him with all the necessary assistance, and he is currently undergoing outpatient treatment," Kiper says.

Law enforcement agencies are currently documenting yet another crime committed by the Russian military against the civilian population of Odesa.
