Today, October 24, Russians struck Kharkiv with a Lantset drone in the afternoon. The attack affected civilians, according to the mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov.

The Russian attack was recorded at 3:56 p.m. Kyiv time.

"A Russian Lantset drone struck a trailer belonging to one of the transport companies. Two people were injured,” the mayor added.

He did not disclose any further details about the incident.

Russian airstrike on Kharkiv

Russians launched a guided aerial bomb strike on the Industrialnyi district of Kharkiv this morning, October 24, causing fires and damage to civilian infrastructure.

A civilian enterprise and a motor transport base were affected, with more than 20 vehicles and warehouse buildings damaged.

Initially, 6 casualties were reported, including a 69-year-old woman with an acute stress reaction. Later, it became known that 10 people were injured, one of whom was hospitalized. Medical teams assisted at the site.

As a result of the Russian strikes, 2 garage boxes and cars on the territory of the motor transport enterprise caught fire. Rescuers worked to extinguish the fires and assess the extent of the damage in Kharkiv.

Also today, October 24, Russians launched 128 Shahed and Gerbera strike drones and other types of drones at Ukraine during the night.

Ukrainian defenders shot down or suppressed 72 Russian drones.

At the same time, on the morning of October 24, the Russians struck Kherson with multiple launch rocket systems. There were many casualties.
